By accessing the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Delivery dates and timeframes displayed on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year's, Mother's Day, and other holiday or promotional seasons, or under extraordinary circumstances such as carrier congestion, supply chain disruptions, severe weather, or similar events, delivery timeframes may be extended by up to 30 business days from the purchase date, subject to applicable law.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of anticipated delays by email. If your order has not been delivered within the applicable timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

FlyDoze is not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs authorities, periods of exceptionally high demand, or events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding defective products, products that do not match their descriptions, or products that have not been delivered as required by law.

9. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Returns and warranty claims are governed by the Returns, Warranty & Refund Policy published on https://flydoze.store, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, FlyDoze offers a voluntary 90-day warranty covering only the following situations:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Products that arrive damaged.

• Products or variants that differ from those ordered.

During periods of exceptionally high demand or other extraordinary circumstances, our response times and the processing of returns, refunds, replacements, and reshipments may be extended as described in our Returns, Warranty & Refund Policy.

These extended timeframes do not override or reduce any statutory deadlines or consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory consumer rights under the laws applicable to your purchase. These may include the 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory remedies for defective goods available to eligible consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by FlyDoze or used under license.
